Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Success Essentials Inc. values preparation, discretion, and professional time. Each session is reserved exclusively for one organization and requires advance preparation.

Please review the following policies carefully before confirming payment.

Payment Policy

Your booking is not secured until payment is received. 

Registered in NYC PASSPort/vendor systems – details available upon request.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session one time with at least 48 hours’ written notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be guaranteed and may require a new booking.

Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original booking date.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the executive and preparatory nature of this session:

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be converted into a one-time rescheduled session.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are forfeited.

This policy ensures availability for serious institutional decision-makers.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Scope Limitation

This session is a contained 60-minute executive diagnostic engagement.
It does not include ongoing consulting, implementation, or extended follow-up beyond the written summary provided.

Additional services, if requested, require a separate agreement.

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that Success Essentials Inc. must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the earliest available alternative date.
