M. Lauryn Alexander is the founder of Success Essentials Inc®, a New York City certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise introducing the new service Success Essentials Independent CR Part 154 Compliance Risk Review services for New York City public school leaders.
She holds a master’s degree in TESOL from Hunter College and a B.A. in Spanish from Lehman College. During her sophomore year, she studied abroad in Spain, enriching her understanding of language learning and cross-cultural communication. Her professional background includes 30+ years of teaching experience at the high school level and 8 years at the college level.
Grounded in classroom experience, Alexander brings an educator’s perspective to instruction and support for Multilingual Learners.
