Founded by M. Lauryn Alexander, a New York State certified TESOL educator, the company draws on her more than 30+ years of experience teaching English to speakers of other languages in New York City public schools.

Success Essentials Inc® is introducing Independent CR Part 154 Compliance Risk Review services for NYC public school leaders.

This new offering draws on Ms. Alexander’s classroom experience working with Multilingual Learners. It is designed to help principals examine selected documentation and instructional practices, identify potential concerns, and prioritize questions and next steps related to CR Part 154.

Her professional background is in TESOL teaching. CR Part 154 risk review services are a new area of practice for Success Essentials Inc®.
